Department of  Computer Science

Established in 2019, initially we had started four-year degree program (BSCS) Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Now we have launched three other Programs Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.

The department has a highly qualified and experienced faculty. Currently there are 04 PhD faculty members from core computing science supported by highly qualified faculty members from computing engineering side. In addition to responsibilities for program excellence and professional development, faculty members are committed to service through continuing education programs and research that contributes to their field.

The Department of Computer Science is committed to maintain programs of excellence in teaching, research, and service. Our aim is to thoroughly prepare students for their future careers in industry or research. Students are given the opportunity to obtain a well-founded understanding of the principles and theories of the science of computing and information technology.

Imparting quality education in the domain of Computer Science and connected areas to produce proficient graduates possessing technical and consultative abilities with professional ethics. The demand for Computer Science graduates in the flourishing IT industry continues to multiply, providing excellent prospects for those with high quality skill sets.

Mission of Department of Computer Science

To provide an understanding of the fundamental concept of computer science. To enrich our students with different computing fields, programming languages, development tools, and techniques. To inculcate in our students the capability of analysis, design, development, and evaluation of effective computer systems software.
