IEEE Education Society DUET Student Branch Chapter

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is the world's largest technical professional organization, dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity through innovation, research, education, and professional development.

The IEEE Education Society (EdSoc) Karachi Section promotes educational excellence, innovative teaching, technical learning, and professional growth for students, faculty members, and researchers.

We are honoured to have the IEEE Education Society DUET Student Branch Chapter at Dawood University of Engineering & Technology (DUET). Ms. Maleeha Anwar, Lecturer, Department of Cyber Security, DUET, serves as the chapter's focal person and is also the Vice Chair of IEEE Education Society Karachi Section.

The chapter aims to organize seminars, workshops, training sessions, and faculty development activities, while strengthening industry academia linkages by connecting students and faculty with industry experts. It encourages skill development, innovation, research, career guidance, and collaboration to prepare students for professional success.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between academia and industry and empower the next generation of technology professionals.
