It was my first day as lecturer in The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University, Sukkur. I was still in the process of observing the workplace dynamics and trying to fit in. We got a WhatsApp message in the faculty group that “Worthy Vice Chancellor will be meeting with the faculty at 1 pm to discuss the issues related with academics”. It was my first interaction with her.
