and Technology was established in 2008.
The purpose of Directorate of Continuing Professional Development is to organize
credit courses, certificate courses, professional education, professional development
programs, trainings, workshops, seminars, conferences, etc. to help faculty, staff and
students to enhance their skills and professional development.
Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under PEC Act and CPD Byelaws-2008, is working for the
professional growth and skill enhancement of ever growing engineering community.
Under CPD framework, the engineers (both PEs and REs) are required to learn innovative and
soft skills to be more effective in playing productive role towards nation building.
DAWOOD UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY with its registered office at KARACHI
has been licensed under "PEC Professional Development of Engineers Byelaws-2008", to carry out
Continuing Professional Development activities to the Registered Engineers (REs) and Professional
Engineers (PEs)
